Simple Plans for Every School

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the new price applies at the next billing cycle.

Monthly is billed every month with no long-term commitment. Yearly is billed once per year and saves you 17% (effectively 2 months free). Lifetime is a one-time payment — you pay once and use ClassoNix forever, including all future updates for your plan tier. The features are identical across all three billing options — only the price and billing frequency change.

No. We don't charge per student, per teacher, or per record. Each plan has a student limit (300 for Starter, 1,000 for Pro, unlimited for Elite), but within that limit, you pay one flat price regardless of how many students, staff, or records you have.

Every plan includes one branch. If you manage multiple school branches, each additional branch has a flat per-branch cost shown at the bottom of each pricing card. The per-branch price depends on your plan and billing cycle (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). You can add branches at any time.

You can cancel anytime. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you get a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, then stops. Your data stays on your computer — we never delete it. You can re-subscribe anytime and pick up right where you left off.

For Monthly and Yearly subscribers, all updates are included free — bug fixes, new features, and improvements. For Lifetime customers, all updates within your purchased plan tier are included free forever. Major version upgrades to a higher tier may require an upgrade fee.

ClassoNix is a desktop application — your data is stored locally on your own computer or server, not on our cloud. We don't have access to your school's operational data. The application includes role-based access control, full audit trails, and school-level data isolation for multi-branch setups. You maintain complete ownership and control of your data at all times.

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and local payment methods. For Lifetime plans, we also offer installment options for qualifying institutions. Contact us at hello@classonix.app for payment details.
